Kaeshi Chai

Kaeshi is an internationally recognized performer and instructor.
She is the director of the professional company, Bellyqueen
Dance Theater, the healing community PURE (Public Urban Ritual
Experiment) as well as her student troupe, the Rising Sirens.
In 2003-2004, she was part of the Bellydance Superstars, and
held the position of dance captain for the 2004 US & Canadian
Spring Tour. She is also a principal dancer with Jillina's Bellydance
Evolution as well as Ahmet Luleci's Collage dance company. She
has performed at Central Park's Summerstage, Lincoln Center
Out of Doors, Folie's Begere in Paris, Bloomsbury Theater in
London, Teatro Smeraldo in Milan and has made television appearances
on Conan O'Brien as well as BBC's Blue Peter. |

Susan Frankovich

Susan has studied many different styles of dance as well as
martial arts since childhood. She credits Arianne Monti (former
teacher and dance partner from Apsara Tribal Belly Dance Ensemble)
for her strong foundation in American Tribal Style. Susan has
developed her own unique "tribal stylings" and travels
the world performing and teaching ATS and Tribal Fusion Belly
Dance. In 2002, she was coined "the biggest attraction
of the Adriatic Coast" by Amsterdam's Elle Magazine during
her nightly [residency/performances] at the famous Troubadour
Live Jazz Cafe in Dubrovnik, Croatia. During her time in New
York City, Susan was a dancer in the original PURE (Public Urban
Ritual Experiment) branch and co-founded Alchemy Dance Theater
with Sarah J. Locke. In 2005, she joined Bellyqueen and danced
with them until her long distance status kept her away too long
to continue to collaborate. Susan also spent a 2 year period
in the SF Bay Area performing with Electric Vardo and has collaborated
with solo artists Mira Betz, Elizabeth Strong, Frederique, Rose
Harden and Jill Parker of Ultra Gypsy. Susan us currently based
in Zagreb, Croatia where she teaches regularly. |

Brad Mack

Brad can be seen playing with his band, Djinn, regularly at
the weekly Djam Under Jebon event in New York City. The band
is featured every year at Rakkasah East and Spring Caravan and
you can hear their music on their CDs The Middle
East Side and The Silent D. Both are available
on CDBaby.com and iTunes. He has studied and played with Souren
Baronian, Karim Nagi, Faisal Zedan, Carmine Guida and Raquy
Danziger. Brad has taught percussion workshops from Kalamazoo
to Hong Kong and performed in Shanghai in 2006 and 2009. He
is also the musical director for PURE NYC and has taught PURE
music workshops across the U.S. |

Pete is a New York City based beatboxer, composer and multi-instrumentalist
who performs with various diverse music, dance and theater projects
at NYC venues ranging from Joes Pub, BAM and The Knitting
Factory to the Blue Note and Lincoln Center. Pete is a founding
member and beatboxer in the flamenco-influenced duo Beatbox
Guitar and middle eastern fusion band DJINN. Pete is also an
accomplished engineer and producer and has created music for
many bellydance DVD titles. His music has been featured in films
and prime time television shows. Petes releases "A
Charming Demise" ,Songs for Kassar, and re:peter
as well as Beatbox Guitar's 'Beatbox Guitar" and DJINNs
"The Silent D" and The Middle East Side

Rob Mastrianni

Inspired by the vastness of world music Rob's guitar style is
deep and diverse. Brooklyn born and bred Rob started his first
band at age 12 and by 16 was performing in rock venues throughout
New York City. Rob incorporates elements of flamenco, punk,
Indian, and psychedelic rock into his music. He has performed
and composed music for various modern dance companies, television
shows and has toured across Europe with vocalist Keith Caputo
and is a collaborator with the Thunderbird American Indian Dancers.
As a artist he has performed in many top New York venues such
as Lincoln Center, Roseland Ballroom, Nokia Theater and the
Mercury Lounge. |
